The Roots Fund provides an intensive mentorship program for our scholars and mentors alike. We place value in reverse mentorship, understanding that both the mentee and the mentor can gain from their experience of the program together. Mentors can come from any aspect of the industry, from the vineyards to the offices as all areas of knowledge are valuable to our scholars. Mentorship moves the needle for our program, for our scholars, and for the patrons involved.
