Mentorship Coordinator
This position is maxed at 10 hours per week and fluctuates based on needs. Pay is $17-$19 per hour based on experience.

Relationship builder to wine industry professionals and our scholars. Strong leader to match the perfect scholar with a wine industry professional to excel their career.

Match new scholars in the program with industry mentors; keep detailed and accurate records
Develop and send bi-monthly mentorship survey to collect quantitative and qualitative data from program participants
Evaluate survey responses to extract successes and opportunities for improvement; brainstorm creative solutions for areas of improvement
Engage in outreach to wine professionals in all aspects of the wine industry to recruit new mentors
Post mentor ads on social platforms
Liaison with all scholars and mentors in the program
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Support planning and coordination of virtual and in-person special programs and activities (ex. mentor and mentee mixers)

Proven experience in relationship building. Any expertise in career development
Must have a laptop with access to the internet and quiet working conditions
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office, all G suite
Experienced in processing applications and using programs like jotforms
Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
Ability to work google sheets, excel, and jot forms
Comfortability speaking in front of group
Career Development Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Career Development coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carrying out important operational duties.
To be an excellent Career Coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development and human resources support, we’d like to meet you.
This position is listed under consultants and requires 20-27 hours per week with two shifts in the late afternoon, early evening. Must be available Monday-Friday, 4-6 hours per day. Salary range is $18-20 per hour. Traveling may be required with advance notice.
The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Ensure implementation of policies and practices
Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, zoom, calendly etc.)
Prepare paperwork and order material
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
Support growth and program development
Assist with resumes and interview coaching
Liaison with all employers and applicants in program
